  1. Really great session with Daniel on critical basics of photography and how I apply them to wildlife photography. Daniel broke them down into logical steps and gave me key building blocks to start to progress my photography capabilities. Advice from camera selection to how to better use your camera to taking better pictures. Highly recommended.

  2. I recently had the pleasure of taking a tutorial at my studio with Sydney Photographic Workshops, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience.
Daniel, my instructor, was absolutely exceptional in teaching me the finer points of video and still photography using my Nikon D850 and D610 cameras.

Daniel’s expertise and passion for photography shone through in every aspect of the tutorial.
He had an incredible knack for breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable lessons.
Whether it was mastering video techniques or capturing stunning stills, he provided clear guidance and hands-on training that boosted my confidence behind the lens.

What truly sets his tutorial apart is the personalized attention and tailored approach. Daniel took the time to understand my skill level and specific needs, ensuring that I got the most out of his teaching.
I left with a deeper understanding of my camera’s capabilities and a newfound enthusiasm for photography.

If you’re looking to enhance your photography skills, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced photographer, I wholeheartedly recommend Sydney Photographic Workshops.
Daniel’s exceptional instruction and the workshop’s supportive atmosphere make it a top choice for photography education.

  3. My partner and I had a 2 hour private tutorial with Daniel to help prepare us for our trip to the Arctic with new cameras (our first mirrorless). We would rate the experience as first class. The booking and organisation from Wendy was friendly and professional and the venue well suited.
Daniel’s training was well adapted to our levels of expertise – he clearly knows a lot about photography but was able to teach that in a way which imparted that knowledge to us as novices. We can both say we learnt heaps, but we will go back for another session to round that out after a bit more practice with the cameras.
I can recommend Sydney Photographic Workshops no matter your level of photography knowledge.

  4. The whole process was very slick and I had the tute and resolution of my issue the next day. Daniel was very helpful and gave lots of tips in addition to solving my problem.
