Join us at the summit of the South-East Pylon of The Sydney Harbour Bridge during Golden Hour & into the Night for an unforgettable 3 hour Photography Workshop on getting Creative With Filters!

ABOUT

CAPTURE THE ENCHANTING BEAUTY OF SYDNEY HARBOUR AT NIGHT FROM ONE OF THE CITY’S MOST ICONIC LANDMARK’S!

Ready to take your landscape photography to the next level? Imagine wrapping your day with a stunning sunset session from the most unique vantage point in town, the Gun Deck atop the South-East Pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge (not usually open to the public)!

You’ll have the opportunity to try out a variety of NiSi filters (provided), which are some of the best in the business. Whether you’re new to filters or looking to refine your skills, we will guide you through the process, showing you how to use these indispensable tools to bring out the best in your landscape shots.

We’ll cover everything from neutral density and graduated filters to polarisers and more, helping you understand how each one can dramatically enhance your photos by controlling light, reducing reflections, and adding depth and texture to your images.

At 89 meters above sea level, you’ll have a front-row seat to one of the most iconic views in the world. Whether you’re framing the Sydney Opera House, the incredible angles you will get of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, capturing the dynamic cityscape, or focusing on the vibrant waters of the harbour, this location offers endless opportunities to explore your creativity.

As we move through the workshop, you’ll learn essential techniques for using filters effectively, from mastering dynamic range and long exposures to creating stunning HDR images and panoramas. We’ll also dive into the art of composition, emphasising key elements to help you create images that tell a compelling story.

At the end of the workshop, kick back with a complimentary hot drink and light snacks while you review and chat about your shots with fellow photographers. It’s also a great opportunity to ask your tutor any burning questions on all things photographic.

Spaces are limited, so book today to see magnificent Sydney through your newly enhanced lenses.

  • Suitable for all skill levels
